Our projects have sustainability at their core through courses, coaching activities and implementations that develops the knowledge and skills of the people who can ensure that good practice continues – your staff. Given this we can offer support at various levels following the project and may include leadership coaching or scheduled health checks based upon the measurable indicators identified at the early stages of the project. - Measure
This phase brings the process together. After analysing the business, setting performance goals and deciding on, and delivering the strategy to achieve the goals, you want to know what has improved and what is different!
Comparing the base data taken in the analysis phase with the data collected in this phase, we can identify the areas of improvement and calculate your return on investment
The output for this phase is a comprehensive document detailing the above and also includes possible areas for future improvement projects. - delivery
At Watson Neale & Mather we pride ourselves on designing, developing and delivering bespoke training coaching and mentoring interventions that meet the needs of not only the individual but also the business. We also appreciate that sometimes it’s difficult to know just where to start, so a standard package can sometimes help get you off and running. On the delivery solutions page are outlines for several modules we have developed for just such a purpose, but as in everything we do, we want to be sure you get the service you need to get the results you want, so these modules can be developed further to meet your requirements. These modules can be bolted together to create full programmes. - strategy
Using the information from the visioning workshop and identifying the measurables from the analysis phase we will produce the road map by way of a bespoke proposal. This working document will be designed to be highly readable, cutting out overly verbose language and will get straight to the point of how we can help you get the results you want.
The proposal will focus on possible improvement in processes and systems as well as the behavioral elements required in order to ensure the processes delivers the results you expect. Included as part of the solution may be training, coaching, mentoring or project implementation depending upon the requirements. Full descriptions of what outputs and outcomes will be included and any milestones identified. - analysis
This phase of the process allows us to be sure that the vision identified as a result of the first phase is in reality what your business needs to improve. We ask the questions is this actually how it is? Is this really how people feel? And is this what we need to focus on to reach our objectives? Asking these questions throughout the business allows us to start building a bigger picture and involves the most important elements of your business, the people you employ.
From a selection of tools which includes cultural satisfaction surveys, appreciative enquiry, people diagnostics, team analysis, profiling tools, as well as the more traditional manufacturing measurement tools such as manufacturing health checks, waste walks, audits and analyzing production data, along with good old fashioned talking and listening, we compile a detailed report of how your business is performing against recognized and respected industry standards and key performance indicators, as far as its people and processes are concerned, and more importantly the measurables that will identify the steps needed to be taken that will show you that your vision has been achieved. - vision
What do you want to change and what do you want to improve? These are the opening questions for this visioning day. This important, facilitated workshop ensures that before any implementation, training or coaching is carried out, clear goals and measurable outcomes are identified. This session vastly increases your chances of seeing a measurable return on your investment.
Using innovative exercises and facilitative coaching methods this session is designed for the key stakeholders within the senior management team to gain absolute clarity about what is required to make the business more successful.
The outcome of the day will be a “vision document” produced using the output from the workshop exercise and will form the basis for the gap analysis identifying the journey required to get from your current position to where you want to be.
Although intended as a high level visioning session the day will also begin to identify some of the specific areas of focus both in terms of processes and people. What processes may be required? What behaviours would we be seeing from managers, leaders, operatives etc? What would that be like and how would that affect our performance. This workshop is as much about creating the energy and enthusiasm for change as much as identifying measurables that can be used as ways to measure return on investment. - Consultation
